How to make Sloppy Joe Biscuit Casserole
Making the Sloppy Joe Biscuit Casserole is super easy. Start by browning a pound of ground beef or meat of your choice, in a medium skillet over medium heat. Break up the meat so it cooks evenly. Generously coat the meat with steak seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. While the meat cooks, in a medium bowl, whisk together water, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, and brown sugar.

Once the ground meat is fully cooked, add the sloppy joe sauce to the skillet, reduce heat to slow, and let simmer for about five minutes. During this time, grease a 7×11 casserole dish. Take the canned biscuits and cut them in half and then cut the halves into thirds. you should get 6 triangles from each biscuit. Place the cut biscuits in a single layer in the bottom of the greased casserole dish.

Evenly spread the saucy meat mixture over the chopped biscuits. Top with shredded cheese and place in the over at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
